Shipping policy
We currently only ship orders within the US. Customers outside of the US please contact us via email directly. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided an address.
Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at kalaheojerkyco@gmail.com. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Kalaheo Jerky Co. does not hold responsibility for package that state are delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order & Shipping confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a order confirmation once you have placed an order. When the item is ready to be shipping you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
